Warranty & Care

We offer a 3-month free repair service from the date of delivery (as confirmed by order confirmation or invoice).

If a fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect within this period, we will cover return shipping costs. Outside of this, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable local taxes or duties.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, or improper care
  • Discolouration or cracks resulting from exposure to chemicals, water, or external elements
  • Man-made damage or impact after delivery
  • Natural variations in jade, including colour, texture, and pattern
  • Damage assessed as unfixable after evaluation by our team

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, which are not affected.

925 silver and 14K gold are naturally softer metals. Avoid bending, pulling, or applying excessive force.

Repairs Outside Warranty

If your piece is damaged or requires restoration outside the warranty period, we are happy to advise on repair options where possible.

Repair services may be available depending on the nature of the issue, material condition, and availability of components. Costs and timelines will be confirmed after assessment.
